Requirements
- 10+ years in technical product management or related roles
- At least 5 years focused on search or AI systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working in global, enterprise-scale environments
- Deep understanding of search technologies, information retrieval, and AI-driven systems
- Hands-on experience with large-scale indexing, graph-based search, and structured data retrieval
- Familiarity with modern AI/ML frameworks, LLMs, and agentic workflows
- Proven ability to define and execute product strategies for complex technical domains
- Strong prioritization skills to make informed trade-offs across competing initiatives
- Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for diverse audiences
