Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a proven record of developing scalable, full-stack, AI solutions
- Experience with AI technologies including GenAI concepts such as Agentic systems, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and fine-tuning
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform), LLMs, Devops and SDLC for AI projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to mentor others and promote best practices in release management, AI dev tools, and test-driven development
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and make data-driven decisions
