Responsibilities
- Support and lead production across a range of integrated projects, including digital experiences, social and content campaigns, websites, and brand initiatives
- Partner closely with creatives, strategists, technologists, and clients to plan, scope, and execute projects from kickoff through launch
- Build and manage timelines, budgets, resourcing plans, and production documentation
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure work is delivered on time and on budget
- Help identify risks early and propose smart, practical solutions
- Maintain clear communication across teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Support senior producers and production leadership on larger or more complex initiatives as needed
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Producer, Integrated Producer, or similar role within an agency, studio, or production environment
- Experience working across multiple mediums, including digital, social, content, and integrated brand work
- Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset and comfort working with multidisciplinary teams
- Confidence managing timelines, budgets, and multiple projects at once
- A solutions-oriented approach and willingness to jump in where needed
- Familiarity with common production tools and workflows
