Responsibilities
Support the SEA Pricing function within the Life Sciences Segment.
Collaborate closely with commercial, marketing, and finance teams to review deals, gain approvals, and analyze sales and margin performance on strategic deals.
Drive price realization through effective DAM build and optimize deal structure in collaboration with commercial teams.
Identify and implement operational improvements to improve team efficiency and ensure quick turnaround times.
Address pricing-related inquiries from direct sales and channel partners.
Provide regular and ad hoc pricing analysis and reporting for management.
Contribute to pricing projects, including process improvement, new product introductions, end-of-life product pricing, and price and profit optimization initiatives.
Assist with the annual list price exercise and annual price agreements with all sales teams.
Perform ad-hoc analysis to optimize price performance and improve operational workflows.
Develop and maintain accurate and reliable Power BI reports and dashboards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of experience in a pricing role or in segment finance, sales operations, deal desk.
Demonstrated background in pricing, financial analysis, or a similar position.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
Ability to work with programming languages commonly used in data wrangling and analysis, such as SQL.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to successfully implement pricing strategies.
