About the role
- Web Developer responsible for ongoing development and performance of websites at Cintra. Building reliable code and improving site speed, usability, and data accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the ongoing development and performance of our websites
- Build reliable, well-structured code while continuously improving site speed, usability, and data accuracy
- Ensure the website not only looks and functions well but also performs efficiently
- Technically sound for search engines and accurately tracks user behaviour and conversions
- Collaborate with designers, marketing, and other stakeholders to continuously improve the site
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience building and maintaining live websites or web applications
- Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and SEO fundamentals
- Hands-on experience optimising site performance and page speed
- Experience in implementing technical SEO best practices
- Managing analytics and conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion pixels)
- Confident debugging issues across functionality, performance, and tracking
