About the role

• Frontend Software Developer developing UX/UI for SaaS product aimed at improving manufacturing processes. Collaborating within a self-managed team to enhance frontend architecture and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop our frontend web application, e.g. creating analysis workflows for our customers based on complex production data, developing the architecture of the application, developing visualizations that render large amounts of data, writing tests and enhancing our testing capabilities
• Own features from start to end. Get to shape the features while collaborating with other team members across the organization and actively contribute towards providing a great UI/UX to enterprise manufacturing companies
• Maintain and extend frontend codebase, keep the UI/UX code consistent across the application, avoiding technical debt and adhering to security best practices
• Actively participate in the agile development process and continuously improve the teams development practices
• Participate in knowledge transfer across the team

Requirements

• Experience working as a front-end developer (React, Typescript, CSS and HTML), ideally featuring data intensive applications and advanced analytics tools
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest/Vitest, Storybook, Cypress)
• Ability to leverage modern AI-assisted development tools
• Interest in being challenged by developing a scalable web app with strong UX focus to deliver process insights to our customers based on big data
• Willingness to immerse yourself and become an expert in a SaaS B2B product for manufacturing processes and the manufacturing domain in general
• High levels of organizational skills, ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership
• Strong communication skills in English and the ability to explain complex topics
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with Python (pandas, polars, FastAPI) is a big plus but not required.
