Responsibilities
- Participate in the day-to-day finance operations at Theodo Fintech
- Produce and verify monthly invoicing for strategic accounts
- Monitor and optimize accounts receivable through collections
- Lead monthly closes by building margin-based revenue figures
- Produce monthly revenue analyses
- Track and update financial KPIs
- Build and manage the Fintech budget
- Analyze financial KPIs (margin, EBITDA, revenue) and prepare projections
- Advise company leaders on strategic financial matters
- Ensure legal compliance and timely payment of taxes
- Ensure high quality of administrative processes
- Automate and improve the finance team’s processes
Requirements
- Degree from a top engineering or business school
- 2 to 6 years of experience in finance, including at least one role in corporate finance
- Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong interest in transaction flows and process automation
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
- Bonus: coding skills are a real plus
