About the role
- Manager SAP Finance overseeing SAP transformations for major clients. Leading a team and implementing solutions in S/4HANA and finance processes.
Responsibilities
- Intégrer une équipe de 40 consultants engagés, partenaires de confiance de leurs clients, les accompagnant de bout en bout sur tous leurs enjeux SAP
- Encadrer et participer à la rédaction des besoins métier et des spécifications fonctionnelles ou techniques pour les projets et missions de TMA
- Configurer et paramétrer des solutions SAP (FI/CO, S/4 Finance)
- Intervenir sur l’ensemble du cycle Record-to-Report (R2R) et Order-to-Cash (O2C), tout en participant à la digitalisation sur S/4HANA
- Superviser les phases de test et à la mise en production
- Piloter les équipes projet et assurer la coordination des missions
- Maintenir la relation client, détecter les opportunités et contribuer au développement de neosight
Requirements
- Bac+5 (Master, Ecole d’ingénieur)
- +7 ans d’expérience sur SAP, dont une expérience confirmée en management et pilotage d’équipe
- Expertise des modules FI & CO en environnement ECC et S/4 HANA et ses intégrations clés SD, MM
- Maîtrise des processus métiers R2R, P2P et O2C
- Capacité à gérer des projets complexes et à conduire le changement avec succès
- Bon niveau d’anglais, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral
- Disponible pour des déplacements nationaux et internationaux
