Responsibilities
- veiller à la qualité (3S : Stable, Security, Speed) des produits réalisés par les tech leads sur tes projets
- garantir la satisfaction du sponsor technique client, en aidant le tech lead à concevoir les EPIC qui délivrent un maximum de valeur tout en étant intransigeant sur la qualité
- faire grandir les tech leads, en les aidant à développer leur thought leadership et à progresser en continu sur la Tech
- épauler notre CTO sur des sujets de positionnement technique, d'organisation d'équipe et d'évolution des systèmes de Theodo
Requirements
- Expérience significative (au moins 8 ans) en management d'équipe technique
- Capable de débloquer des tech leads sur des challenges techniques complexes
- Tu sais animer une équipe exigeante et performante
- Excellent leadership et contact client, tu donnes envie aux autres de te suivre
- Enorme envie de progresser, curiosité pour le Lean management
- Attrait pour un environnement startup qui évolue rapidement
