Associate Product Manager building data products for clients at Theodo Data & AI. Engaging with engineers and clients to ensure project delivery and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Working directly with Theodo Data & AI engineers and our clients, you will build data products (computer vision models, NLP, ETL...) to meet their needs.
You will need to understand clients’ strategic priorities and requirements.
You will facilitate interactions between the client and our engineers.
You will ensure the technical teams’ approach is constructively challenged, drawing on your business, data, and technical knowledge.
You will deliver projects on time and within the agreed budget to achieve the objectives set with the client.
You will be responsible for defining the project roadmap, setting key milestones and coordinating stakeholders.
You will support technical teams to ensure product quality and the value delivered to users.
You will coach teams using Agile and Lean methodologies.
You will drive a continuous improvement mindset on your project: responding to issues and developing new internal best practices.
Depending on your interests and skills, you may have the opportunity to become an expert in data product design (e.g., Product Manager, Data Product Manager).
Requirements
You have a strong interest in the data sector.
You hold an engineering degree from a leading school.
You have 1 to 3 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting or in client-facing roles.
You have excellent interpersonal skills; you enjoy building relationships with clients and understanding their challenges.
You are eager to learn, to challenge and be challenged.
