- Owning digital trading performance across TikTok Shop and the eCommerce site
- Driving sales through trading plans, campaigns, and commercial initiatives
- Planning and executing the trading calendar (launches, promos, seasonal activity)
- Analysing performance and turning data into clear actions
- Working closely with marketing, brand, and product teams to align activity
- Spotting trends (especially across TikTok) and jumping on opportunities early
- Managing merchandising, product visibility, and onsite experience
Requirements
- Strong experience in an eCommerce trading role
- Comfortable owning revenue targets and performance metrics
- Experience with Shopify or similar platforms
- An interest in TikTok commerce (hands-on experience is a bonus, not a must)
- Someone proactive, commercial, and happy working in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine interest in beauty, DTC brands, or consumer trends.
