Requirements

- Hands‑on experience coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining applications in a professional environment
- Basic understanding of application development concepts, systems analysis, and structured problem solving
- Ability to follow defined processes while learning how to select the right techniques with guidance
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Experience supporting or working with enterprise applications or databases (preferred)
- Exposure to healthcare, insurance, or other regulated environments (preferred)
- Familiarity with software documentation and reporting practices (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred, not required)
