About the role
- Head of Commercial Operations driving transformation initiatives for the Accommodation software company at Access Hospitality. Working closely with leadership to ensure strategic alignment and operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption, definition, and tracking of OKRs across the Accommodation software company, ensuring alignment with divisional objectives
- Project manage commercial growth initiatives and transformational projects, contributing to divisional-level projects based on capacity
- Own production and delivery of weekly and monthly key reports (OKRs, WBRs, MBRs) ensuring stakeholder engagement and timely, accurate submission
- Synthesize complex data sets into actionable insights and commentary for the Accommodation Leadership Team
- Highlight operational risks, drive mitigation strategies to protect OKRs and investment outcomes
- Lead AI transformation programs and automation initiatives to drive efficiency and value creation
- Deputise for Software Company General Manager and/or Chief of Staff during absences
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial operations or strategy execution roles within hospitality or similarly complex industries
- Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of financial commercials and investment case development
- Demonstrated project management expertise delivering complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives
- Experience establishing and driving OKR frameworks and operational cadence structures
- Excellent data synthesis skills with ability to translate complex information into actionable insights
- Advanced presentation and reporting skills with ability to create high-quality deliverables to tight deadlines
- Experience managing AI programs and delivering change through automation
- Curious, flexible, and innovative approach with comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
