Responsibilities
Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
Conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
Collaborate with the product team and contribute to the product's overall success by taking part in both large and small product decisions along the way.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
Stay informed about the latest backend technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of proven UI/UX design experience in a relevant field.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems efficiently.
Ability to make decisions, set priorities and work independently based on high-level targets of the business.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A passion for learning and staying updated with latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
