About the role
- Internship position in Legal Department responsible for supporting legal operations and tasks. Engaging with legal documentation and collaborating with attorneys under supervision.
Responsibilities
- The Legal Department Intern will be responsible for assisting with the department's routines, providing technical and operational support to activities under the direct supervision of attorneys, ensuring organization, timely information flow, and contributing to the efficiency of legal processes.
- Support in drafting, reviewing, and validating contracts and legal instruments.
- Organization of drafts and version control for contracts.
- Management and monitoring of electronic signatures.
- Case monitoring and updating progress reports.
- Preparation of legal reports and internal controls.
- Legislative, case law, and doctrinal research.
- Support in organizing corporate and administrative documents.
- Other legal activities compatible with the role and aimed at practical learning.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Law degree program, from the 5th semester onward.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
