Requirements
You must be a recent grad within one year or be expecting to graduate by August 2026 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical degree.
Minimum 4-12 months of relevant professional work, internship or co-op experience in a technical environment.
Demonstrated leadership potential through academic projects, community involvement, extracurricular activities, or volunteer work.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, etc.)
Solid understanding of software development fundamentals and best practices.
Strong aptitude for rapidly acquiring new programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
Advanced analytical thinking and systematic approach to solving complex problems.
