Responsibilities
Design and produce digital campaign components such as bespoke long-read articles and other innovative, story-driven formats
Take ownership of your work and be responsible for the quality and punctuality from initial stage all the way through to final production and delivery.
Attend internal meetings to capture any creative requirements and wider campaign objectives, present and discuss design and UX where required.
Collaborate with fellow team members as well as colleagues from other areas of the business to ensure timely product deployment
Stay abreast of emerging design/development trends and culture to help form new product ideas and strategies
To present creative concepts and articulate design thinking to internal stakeholders with confidence and clarity. Respond to feedback constructively and iterate designs to achieve the best outcome.
To manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time, on budget and to brief.
Requirements
Demonstrable professional experience as a Designer.
A strong portfolio demonstrating creative flair, conceptual thinking and polished execution.
Ability to own projects independently from concept to delivery.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high production standards.
Strong understanding of design principles including typography, layout, colour theory, usability and accessibility.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to present and discuss ideas.
Proficiency in Framer, Figma, and Creative Cloud.
