About the role
- BIM Manager coordinating BIM processes and digital deliverables in construction projects. Contributing to project execution plans and ensuring compliance with BIM standards.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the implementation and maintenance of BIM processes;
- Coordinate 3D models;
- Contribute to the development and monitoring of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP);
- Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE);
- Participate in interdisciplinary coordination meetings;
- Track and manage digital deliverables;
- Verify that models comply with BIM standards;
- Collaborate with engineering and construction teams.
Requirements
- University degree or recognized equivalent in architecture, engineering, construction, or a relevant field
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in BIM management or coordination
- Experience on construction projects
- Experience in an architecture firm, engineering consultancy, or as a contractor
- Strong proficiency with Common Data Environments (CDEs)
- Familiarity with 3D modeling software
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
