Responsibilities
- Ensure each client receives a high standard of service delivery and continuity across their accounts.
- Liaise directly with clients and various internal departments to maintain a high level of service delivery.

- Build and maintain events within the Ticketing System as well as manage ticketing operations on event days.
- On site testing and client support on event days.
- Collaborate with internal and external leads to ensure marketing strategies are fulfilled as planned.
- Work with the State Manager to provide value-added services and solutions to Clients.
