Responsibilities
- Serve as an SAP MM IS-OIL Functional Consultant (Specialist), responsible for configuration, implementation, and support of material management processes integrated with the IS-OIL module.
- Ensure accurate management of procurement, inventory and movements of fluid materials.
- Configure and support SAP MM processes integrated with IS-OIL.
- Manage procurement processes for bulk and fluid materials.
- Oversee inventory management with volumetric variation controls.
- Configure and monitor goods movements considering actual vs. standard volume.
- Perform reconciliation of gains and losses.
- Ensure integration between SAP MM, Transportation & Distribution (TD) and SAP SD (deliveries).
- Ensure correct inventory valuation accounting for volumetric variability.
- Identify process improvements and propose business-aligned solutions.
- Proactively resolve incidents and problems.
- Conduct training and support end users (key users).
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with SAP MM, with a significant portion working on SAP IS-OIL (Specialist/Senior level).
- Proven experience in SAP MM IS-OIL implementation and/or rollout projects.
- Deep knowledge of processes related to:
- • Procurement of bulk and fluid materials
- • Inventory management with volumetric adjustments
- • Goods movements (actual vs. standard volume)
- • Inventory reconciliation (gains & losses)
- Experience with integrations between SAP MM, SD and TD.
- Strong understanding of business processes in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Experience providing user support and conducting training.
- Experience with S/4HANA projects.
- Knowledge of integrations with legacy systems.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Intermediate to advanced English.
