Responsibilities
- Support Agile/Scrum delivery, ensuring ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives) are productive and aligned with team goals
- Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-team coordination to enable predictable delivery
- Act as a facilitator and servant leader, removing impediments and supporting team performance
- Balance hands-on execution with delivery leadership to drive team success
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements across multiple applications
- Lead requirements gathering and refinement sessions with business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to support design discussions and solution evaluation
- Perform functional, integration, and regression testing in lower environments
- Execute comprehensive test scenarios to maintain system stability across releases
- Validate defect fixes, track issues, and coordinate defect triage throughout the delivery cycle
- Ensure readiness for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production releases
- Partner with Tech Monitors and business users to organize and conduct UAT
- Support business stakeholders throughout the UAT process, helping clarify requirements and confirm acceptance criteria
- Ensure effective communication between technical teams and business owners
- Assist with production releases, including validation of deployments and post-release support
- Monitor release outcomes for quality and performance, facilitating corrective action when necessary
- Ensure consistent delivery quality while balancing hands-on execution and strategic oversight
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with involvement in testing and QA activities
- Experience supporting Agile/Scrum teams, including backlog management and sprint execution
- Strong understanding of functional, integration, and regression testing methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to lead requirements-gathering sessions and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
- Experience serving in a Scrum Master or delivery leadership role preferred
