About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the Finance, Accounting, and Administration departments;
- Manage cash flow and working capital;
- Oversee billing control and management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance in processes;
- Ensure accounting and regulatory compliance (IFRS and local standards);
- Coordinate the monthly close and management reporting;
- Consolidate and report financial information to the international headquarters;
- Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs);
- Structure and optimize financial and operational processes;
- Manage costs and drive margin improvement initiatives;
- Support strategic decisions with financial and feasibility analyses;
- Interact with auditors, banks, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting and/or related fields;
- Pricing;
- Dynamics 365;
- Solid experience in financial and accounting management;
- Advanced experience in cash flow and treasury management;
- Billing and revenue control;
- Financial close and reporting;
- Knowledge of IFRS;
- Experience with integrated ERP systems;
- People management;
- Fluent English (mandatory) – interaction with international headquarters;
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
