Responsibilities
Provide support and resolution of incidents and problems in production environments, ensuring SLAs and service levels are met.
Perform root cause analysis and propose corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence of failures.
Monitor systems, integrations and critical services, acting proactively to ensure high availability.
Support change management processes, releases and deployments, minimizing risks to the production environment.
Act as an interface between technical teams, vendors and business areas, facilitating communication and alignment.
Document procedures, recurring incidents and operational best practices.
Contribute to continuous improvement of support, maintenance and IT governance processes.
Support critical windows or on-call shifts when required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
Experience in supporting systems and critical applications, working in medium- to high-complexity production environments.
Experience handling and managing incidents, problems and changes, with a focus on SLAs and operational continuity.
Practical experience in failure analysis and troubleshooting, including reading and correlating logs, metrics and events.
Experience in integrated environments with dependencies on APIs, messaging and third-party services.
Experience supporting operations including on-call shifts, critical windows and high-impact periods for the business.
Experience working with vendors and partners, monitoring tickets, escalations and action plans.
Participation in deployments, releases and post-production validations, ensuring environment stability.
Track record of contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, automation of operational routines and process standardization.
Experience in cloud and/or hybrid environments, with focus on availability, performance and security.
