Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Project Manager of the Storage activity within the Innovation Department
- Join an ambitious project and a team with strong domain expertise
- Identify, negotiate with, and contract host sites for future battery storage facilities
- Provide technical support for site selection and feasibility studies
- Lead project securing phases: negotiation, signing of lease agreements/letters of intent, obtaining building permits
- Perform modeling required for system sizing
- Monitor and optimize CAPEX and OPEX for the storage component
- Prepare technical bids for public and private tenders
- Manage all technical aspects with stakeholders throughout project execution
- Contribute to business development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop new technological solutions and business models
Requirements
- Master's degree, ideally from an engineering school
- Experience as an engineer or Business Developer in the renewable energy sector, ideally with energy storage experience
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Curiosity, autonomy, and a passion for technical topics and innovation in the energy sector
- Strong understanding of business and commercial challenges
- Interest in modeling and a strong optimization mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in teams and project-based environments
- Confident oral and written communicator with strong analytical and synthesis skills
