Responsibilities
- Provides oversight, consultative advice and guidance as the Lead Designer and/or top technical Development Specialist

Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate

- 10+ years related experience
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise software in software development utilizing Agile methodologies
- 7+ years of experience in Java, API, Kafka, and Microservices
- 7+ years of experience in the credit card domain
- 7+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in delivering scalable and secure credit card technology solutions
- 7+ years of experience implementing automation strategies that reduce manual processing time
- 7+ years of experience ensuring systems meet annual compliance scans and support observability frameworks for performance and security
- 7+ years of experience collaborating with business partners to deliver complete solutions
- 7+ years of experience mentoring and developing team members
