Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and deliver distinct projects
Indirectly manage project team(s) consisting of Business Analysts, Business SMEs and technology resources
Engage Executive Sponsor, senior leadership, and other key stakeholder groups
Provide on-going communication to key stakeholders
Respond to inquiries and escalate concerns from stakeholders at all levels
Deliver project outcomes aligned to established cost, timing, deliverable and scope objectives
Generate cost estimates and provide project financial management
Proactively identify and track project risk and develop mitigation plans
Requirements
4-6 plus years progressive project/program-related experience
Comprehensive knowledge of the practices, procedures and principles of project management whether PDLC or Agile methodology
Exposure with financial management with respect to tracking, forecasting and managing project budgets
Team player with ability to lead and influence to achieve results through effective negotiation and problem solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Regulatory experience in Canadian financial institutions (advantageous)
Knowledge of key applications: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Office 365, and Clarity PPM for project delivery
