About the role
- Lead the design and configuration of Oracle Fusion Financial modules as an Assistant Manager based in Makati. Managing project timelines and providing guidance to a team of functional consultants.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and configuration of Oracle Fusion Financial modules
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful implementation
- Conduct requirement analysis sessions with business stakeholders and recommend best practices
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of functional consultants
- Ensure documentation such as fit gap documents, configuration documents, test scripts, and user training materials are created and maintained
- Create solutions for a process area independently in a client-facing environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred
- 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financial modules
- Proven experience in leading at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financial implementations
- Proven experience in designing Integrations to/From Oracle Cloud From/To 3rd party systems like Salesforce, Zuora, Bank, RevPro etc.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
