Responsibilities
You advise our clients on the implementation, optimization and operation of modern workplace environments in the area of Unified Endpoint Management (UEM).
You take a holistic approach to the workplace: in addition to UEM, this also includes Asset Management, Application Lifecycle, Endpoint Security and identity protection.
You design workshops and training sessions, train our clients and share knowledge on current trends and best practices.
You develop concepts, present them convincingly and implement them methodically — from planning through to ongoing operations.
You support projects holistically, including change management, migrations, updates and documentation.
You drive innovation and continuous development — in synergy with our portfolio (Matrix42 Empirum & Silverback, Microsoft Intune / Azure) and beyond.
Requirements
A customer-oriented way of working: customer satisfaction and resolving service requests are your top priorities.
A university degree or completed commercial/IT vocational training is of secondary importance to us — what matters more is your attitude as a consultant and your desire to make our clients sustainably more successful.
Ideally, initial practical experience in a consulting environment, particularly with products such as Matrix42, Microsoft, Ivanti, MobileIron, Deskcenter, baramundi or VMware.
A strong affinity for IT and software solutions as well as an interest in new technologies.
Analytical thinking and the ability to structure requirements and translate them into solutions.
Excellent moderation and communication skills to lead workshops confidently and advise clients as equals.
Enjoyment of teamwork and a willingness to successfully implement challenging projects together.
