About the role
- Senior UX-Designer planning and conducting user research while automating design processes with AI at Tållbeard GmbH in Berlin. Collaborating closely with product teams to translate user insights into actionable designs.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct user research across our Hybrid Intelligence Product Loop, from diagnosis through validation
- Synthesize user insights into decision-ready foundations for product owners and product teams
- Advise our clients
- Responsible for expanding and automating our design and research pipeline using AI tools
- Translate research findings into UX concepts, flows, and testable prototypes
- Work closely with Product, Strategy, and Development teams
- Take an active role in ensuring quality standards
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in UX design and user research for digital products (web, SaaS, dashboards, apps)
- Solid experience planning, conducting, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research methods (interviews, usability tests, surveys)
- Strong conceptual and analytical thinking
- Strong customer focus and excellent consulting skills
- Experience with common AI tools
- Proficient with Figma and common research and prototyping tools
- Experienced in collaborative work with product teams
- Fluent German and English are required
