About the role
- Legal Assistant responsible for real estate law consulting and transaction support at a prominent German law firm. Collaborating with diverse professional areas and providing high-quality legal services in property management.
Responsibilities
- Bearbeitung von anspruchsvollen Beratungsprojekten im Immobilienrecht
- rechtliche Begleitung von Immobilientransaktionen
- Beratung im gewerblichen Mietrecht
- gegebenenfalls im Wohnungseigentumsrecht und im privaten Bau- und Architektenrecht
- Unterstützung unserer Mandate unterschiedlichster Größen, Rechtsformen und Branchen bei Fragestellungen im Immobilienwirtschaftsrecht – von der Projektentwicklung bis hin zur Vermietung oder Veräußerung
- Die Tätigkeit erfolgt in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus anderen Rechtsbereichen sowie aus dem Fachbereich Steuerberatung
- Ein Teil der Tätigkeit wird in englischer Sprache erfolgen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften
- Erste Erfahrung durch das Referendariat, relevante Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten; gerne auch schon ausgeprägte Berufserfahrung in den genannten Bereichen
- Ausgeprägter Sinn für ökonomische Zusammenhänge, lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise, Flexibilität und schnelles Verständnis komplexer Sachverhalte
- Teamspirit, Sozialkompetenz, Eigeninitiative, hohe Motivation, Kommunikationsstärke, Professionalität
