About the role

Responsibilities
- Handling complex advisory projects in real estate law
- Legal support for real estate transactions
- Advising on commercial lease law
- Occasional work in condominium law and in private construction and architects' law
- Supporting clients of diverse sizes, legal forms and industries on matters of real estate commercial law
- Work is carried out in close cooperation with colleagues from other legal practice areas as well as from the tax advisory department
- Part of the role will be conducted in English
Requirements
- Degree in law
- Initial experience through the legal traineeship (Referendariat), relevant internships or working-student positions; candidates with established professional experience in the mentioned areas are also welcome
- Strong economic awareness, a solution-oriented approach, flexibility and the ability to quickly grasp complex issues
