About the role

Responsibilities
- Drafting corporate documents related to company life events (incorporations, various statutory amendments, share transfers, dissolutions/liquidations…);
- Drafting documents related to restructuring transactions (transfers of control, sale of business assets, capital increases/reductions, mergers, partial asset contributions, TUP (full transfer of assets)…);
- Drafting contracts (intragroup agreements, shareholder agreements, leases…);
- Supervising and/or handling the companies' annual legal matters;
- Supervising and/or handling the formalities related to completed transactions, updating statutory registers, filing, document management and invoicing;
- Managing client relationships for assigned files.
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5 equivalent), e.g., DJCE/DESS in Business Law and Taxation;
- Significant experience in a similar position, ideally acquired at a law firm or an accounting firm;
- Strong sense of responsibility;
- Team player;
- Ability to manage assignments autonomously;
- Positive attitude, rigorous, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
