Data Analyst building automated financial systems at Tabby, a leading FinTech company. Responsible for ensuring accounting accuracy and driving financial automation across various products.
Responsibilities
Build and scale a fully automated financial backbone where every money movement across all products is system-driven, reconciled, and audit-ready.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Finance Control, Billing, and Engineering, acting as the quality gate for end-to-end accounting correctness in a highly regulated, fast-growing fintech environment.
Our ambition is bold: to become one of the first companies in the market with 100% automated, real-time, and traceable financial flows across products.
Drive reporting automation in close partnership with Financial Control and Billing teams, ensuring all money movements are system-driven and accurately posted.
Own and validate end-to-end accounting cycles across products, acting as the final quality gate before ERP.
Serve as the 360° reconciliation authority, ensuring consistency between product systems, ledgers, ERP, and external statements.
Design and maintain monitoring and controls to guarantee data validity, reconciliation completeness, and automation reliability.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Data to resolve discrepancies at the root cause and continuously improve financial automation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Economics, Statistics or actuarial science.
2+ years of relevant experience in a data analytics team. Experience in analytics team in **at a bank or Fintech **is huge plus
Strong analytical and data capabilities, backed up by technical coding skills.
Proficiency in SQL and Excel is a must.
Strong understanding of statistical analysis
Experience with visualization tools: i.e. Tableau, Power BI.
Excellent command of English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively present complex data and findings in a clear and concise manner
