About the role

• Product Designer at Grupo SysMap developing digital solutions and collaborating with tech teams. Focused on user-centered design practices and innovative technologies.

Responsibilities

• Create navigable web and mobile prototypes based on the Design System;
• Lead and conduct discovery (quantitative and qualitative research), primarily benchmarking, in-depth interviews, and usability testing;
• Analyze business and product metrics to inform design decisions;
• Present deliverables and results to the squad/tribe;
• Use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to support stages of the design process, increasing efficiency in solution exploration and prototyping.

Requirements

• Proficiency in discovery for digital products and services (e.g., benchmarking, mystery shopping, digital behavior analysis);
• Ability to align with cross-functional teams to ensure strategy supports product and company goals;
• Proven experience as a Product Designer, designing interfaces for digital products;
• Familiarity with the end-to-end design process (from discovery to delivery);
• Knowledge of UX Writing best practices;
• Share and promote design knowledge among stakeholders;
• Understanding of digital product metrics;
• Understand how to consume and work with a Design System;
• Advanced Figma skills for prototyping;
• Experience using AI tools applied to the design process (e.g., Figma Make, Lovable, or similar) to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and solution exploration.
