Requirements
- Strong command of Discovery for digital products (examples: heuristic analysis, benchmarking, usability testing, in-depth interviews);
- Experience with Service Design to map pain points and opportunities across service journeys;
- Cross-functional alignment with various teams to ensure strategy aligns with product and company goals;
- Facilitation of group workshops and activities;
- Mapping of flows and user journeys;
- Proven experience as a Product Designer designing interfaces for digital products;
- Familiarity with the end-to-end design process (discovery through delivery);
- Knowledge of UX Writing best practices;
- Ability to share and disseminate design knowledge with stakeholders;
- Knowledge of accessibility for digital products;
- Understanding of digital product metrics;
- Experience with Design Systems;
- Advanced Figma skills for prototyping;
- Clear and concise communication;
- Enjoy knowledge sharing with the team to support collective growth;
- Collaborative work with other teams and departments;
- Proactively seek information independently (with guidance from leadership when needed);
- Understand that it is not always possible to apply the ideal design process;
