Responsibilities
Execute and monitor hiring/onboarding processes, vacations, leaves of absence, employee record updates, and contract changes;
Manage electronic timekeeping, including time bank (bank of hours), overtime, shift scheduling, and work schedules;
Issue and organize employment-related documents (contracts, agreements, declarations, etc.);
Maintain and update departmental files and documents;
Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor laws;
Support employees with questions related to HR subprocesses;
Update and organize employees' physical and digital records;
Develop continuous improvement projects for personnel administration processes.
Requirements
Degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields;
Experience with personnel/ payroll department routines;
Proficiency with payroll systems and labor legislation;
Knowledge of tools such as Excel and HR management systems;
Understanding of current labor and social security legislation;
Experience with e-Social and statutory/ancillary obligations.
