About the role

• Intern or Working Student in Product Design contributing to AI-based spare parts management. Engaging in CAD data preparation and ensuring seamless customer integration.

Responsibilities

• CAD and BOM data preparation: Create a digital machine twin as the basis for our AI spare-parts platform
• Quality assurance: Ensure data quality and consistency across different formats, file structures, and product classes
• Tooling & processes: Support the development of efficient internal processes and standards for data preparation, and document workflows and best practices
• Product proximity: Provide feedback to the product team to help enhance our import and data-processing features based on your work with real customer data
• Customer interface: Work closely with Customer Success Managers to understand and implement customer-specific requirements

Requirements

• Currently undergoing vocational training or studying in technical product design, mechanical design, product engineering, industrial design, or a related field
• Initial hands-on experience with CAD software (e.g., Siemens NX, SolidWorks, Inventor, CATIA, CREO, etc.)
• Basic understanding of product data and an interest in digital solutions for mechanical engineering
• Very good German language skills and basic English skills
