About the role
- Collaboration Senior Engineer managing collaboration services/applications for Syneos Health. Partnering with service tower owners in the delivery of collaboration suite solutions in Hyderabad.
Responsibilities
- The Collaboration Senior Engineer will work in partnership with other collaboration service tower owners to manage collaboration services/applications in the delivery of our collaboration suite of solutions
- Responsible for the end-to-end service management and delivery for assigned collaboration solutions
- In partnership with other service owner leads, develop service management and solutions delivery plans in support of assigned collaboration solutions
- Responsible for governance, service management, and technical administration of assigned solutions within overall collaboration suite
- Ensures assigned collaboration solutions are managed and maintained in alignment with all associated technical and security standards
- Provides expert level advice, support, and consultancy in the development and delivery of collaboration related business cases and technologies
- Prepares and delivers presentations to management that inform them of issues and opportunities with assigned collaboration solutions
- Provides high-level analysis and reporting on application health for assigned solutions/services within the application portfolio
- Provides expert level support for deployed solutions and interfacing with support staff when necessary to assist in resolution of escalated complex technical issues within defined SLAs
- Develops and reviews test plans and test scripts so that services are sufficiently tested and maintained to ensure high availability and stability of all assigned solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the field of Computer Science or similar technology related area
- Expert level expertise in one or more of the Microsoft365 foundational services (e.g. Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
- Experience across additional Microsoft365 services areas preferred
- Experience with Intune / Mobile Device Management preferred
- Significant experience with both Project Management and Service Management disciplines while working within a large organization
- Experience working in a matrix support model in the delivery of collaboration services to end users
- 5-6 years of experience
