• VP, Credit Program Manager at Synchrony overseeing credit product development and management. Leading cross-functional collaboration to enhance product functionality and commercialization efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the credit requirements/design and coordinate the credit build
• Partner with Product, Credit, Commercial, Digital and Technology teams
• Translate strategy into executable launch plans and deliver successful roll-outs
• Drive credit build for the Growth organization
• Collaborate with product managers to deliver functionality/features across all platforms
• Support the product commercialization plans

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of progressive work in consumer risk management, credit management or similar role or in lieu of a degree, 8+ years in consumer risk management, credit management or similar role
• 5+ years project management experience, preferred in Agile environment
• 5+ years in credit products including Acquisitions, Account Management, Collections and Authentication
• Minimum of 3 years cross-functional team leadership management experience
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
