Responsibilities
Manage, develop, and drive Synchrony merchant channel product
Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the portfolio to meet business growth, profitability, and customer needs
Own the provider/merchant experience and work with leadership team to evolve and maintain the supporting point of sale for Synchrony merchants
Define and deliver product strategy, roadmap and prioritization of new features in concert with complementary point of sale channels
Work directly with Product Marketing, IT, Analytics, Sales, and business stakeholders to improve merchant experience
Gather Voice-of-Customer feedback and form recommendations on future capabilities
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or high school equivalent
9+ years of experience in product management, sales, or marketing in credit or financial services industries
5+ years of product management or product marketing experience
Proven project or program management experience in cross-functional environment
Experience working in SAFe Agile frameworks or similar agile methodologies
Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%
