Responsibilities
- Design and build end-to-end analytics solutions in Palantir Foundry
- Develop scalable PySpark data pipelines
- Create user-facing web apps using Workshop and TypeScript
- Act as technical lead on initiatives, translating business needs into robust designs
- Improve architecture, performance, data quality, and developer experience
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate in a global, cross-functional environment
Requirements
- Senior level experience in data engineering or analytics
- Strong proficiency in Python and PySpark
- Solid understanding of data warehousing, ELT, and cloud data architecture
- Comfortable leading by example and mentoring others
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience building applications with JavaScript or TypeScript (nice to have)
- Palantir Foundry experience (nice to have)
- (Re)Insurance or financial domain knowledge (nice to have)
- Experience with Generative AI and/or Natural Language Processing (nice to have)
