Responsibilities
Gather and analyse business requirements in close collaboration with the Product Manager
Translate complex business terminology into technical language and vice versa
Create clear, concise requirements and acceptance criteria that are unambiguous, complete, consistent, and verifiable
Design and optimize user journeys to enhance overall experience and efficiency
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
Create tangible metrics for tracking user adoption and business impact
Present technical progress to a broader business audience
Requirements
Previous experience with business analysis, requirements engineering, and software quality assurance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Demonstrated ability to work with tight deadlines and adapt priorities as organizational objectives evolve
Experience presenting applications and demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders
Familiarity with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and collaboration tools like Azure DevOps and Confluence
Educational background in quantitative field (e.g. mathematics) (nice to haves)
Experience in the Re-/Insurance industry (nice to haves)
Hands-on experience with software quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes (nice to haves)
Knowledge of data analytics and visualization techniques (nice to haves)
