Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and ongoing application of governance standards across GAM
- Act as a partner to the business teams across Front Office investment teams, Middle Office and Operations
- Maintain process documentation, risk & control inventories and governance materials
- Provide advice and recommendations on operational risks, control gaps and improvement opportunities
- Coordinate inputs for internal control testing, audits and assurance activities
- Provide advice and guidance on KYC framework across GAM
- Perform oversight and monitoring of the KYC process for GAM counterparties
- Engage with colleagues across GAM, IT, Risk Management, Compliance and Audit
Requirements
- Solid experience in governance, operational risk, internal controls, audit
- Strong interest in digitalisation, automation and GenAI
- Fluent business English
- Familiarity with investment processes and financial instruments
- Strong organisational and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and manage interactions across multiple functions and seniority levels
