Responsibilities
- Provide professional, proactive advanced administrative support
- Plan, manage and screen emails, handle calendar (incl. buffer and focus time), organise meetings (internally and externally)
- Run daily morning check-ins with the Head GFO&T
- Manage calendar and organise internal and external meetings for the Head GFO&T Strategy & Office
- Arrange travel schedules and handle expense management
- Prepare and process travel expense reimbursement timely
- Collaborate with GFO&T Leadership and keep them informed of commitments
- Drive the departmental event management
Requirements
- Relevant experience in executive assistance, ideally in a large corporate
- Apprenticeship qualification or equivalent education in Administration, Business or a related field
- Proven ability to complete tasks quickly and with high attention to detail under tight deadlines
- Self-organised, structured and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with Co-Pilot
- Experience in large (re)insurance and Finance organisations an asset
