About the role
- Account Services Representative managing inbound/outbound sales calls for financial products. Interacting with customers regarding consumer lending products and assisting them with loan applications.
Responsibilities
- Perform inside sales, placement, and service of SWBC and client’s financial products
- Facilitate inbound/outbound calls regarding availability and suitability of products/services
- Update call results and record all customer contacts
- Produce new business or service existing customers/clients
- Make outbound calls to promote lending and related products
- Follow department scripting and phone etiquette to achieve project goals
- Participate in department meetings or product/technique training as directed by management team
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of six (6) months of inbound calling experience
- Consumer lending experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of personal computers to include MS Excel, MS Access, and other related programs
- Able to work under sometimes stressful conditions while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Detail oriented and able to multitask
- Able to sit for long periods of time assisting with telephone calls or other related duties
- Able to stoop, kneel, and lift 10-20 lbs. of files or other documents
