Senior VP of Operations overseeing strategic excellence at Bookit.com, a next-gen travel and rewards platform.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute operational strategies that drive Bookit.com's rapid growth across travel, experiences, retail, and payments verticals
Partner with executive leadership to align operational initiatives with company objectives and growth targets, ensuring efficiency and cost optimization
Support the CEO and Executive Team in serving our B2B2C brand clients and developing foundational partnerships across the travel and experiential industries
Serve as primary liaison between Bookit.com leadership and its founding partners, (ONE Company, Starboard, Superlogic and affiliates)
Collaborate closely with our Product, Technology, Marketing, and Finance teams to optimize the Bookit.com platform for our brand clients and ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience for our end users
Oversee the Customer Service team, ensuring reliable 24/7 support
Develop business continuity plans in the event of travel disruptions, or other unforeseen events
Oversee hiring, company goal setting, and personnel evaluation/development
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and data-driven decision-making
Define and track key operational metrics to measure performance and outcomes
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in travel operations, e-commerce fulfillment, and experiential services
Execute with minimal oversight, navigating complex challenges from concept to completion
Requirements
10+ years scaling operations in **high-growth online travel, e-commerce, or fintech**
5+ years in **executive leadership (VP+ with P&L responsibility)**
Proven success scaling **multi-sided marketplaces** with complex inventory management
Strong **vendor and partner management** experience at scale
Track record with **major online travel platforms** (Expedia, Booking.com, Marriott, etc.), **experiential** companies, or startups preferred
Exceptional **leadership and team-building** skills with experience growing cross-functional operations teams
Proficiency with **modern ops tech stacks, CRM systems, BI, and AI-driven tools**
Collaborative, adaptable leader who contributes positively to **company culture **
**Spanish proficiency** a plus; **Web3/crypto familiarity** strongly preferred
