About the role
- Functional Specialist in digital products and applications for Supergasbras, ensuring user and business needs are met efficiently. Supporting the entire product lifecycle in agile environments.
Responsibilities
- Act as a functional specialist for digital products and applications, ensuring accurate translation of user and business needs into clear, prioritizable and implementable requirements, supporting the entire cycle of discovery, delivery and continuous product evolution in agile environments.
- Lead product-oriented discovery, exploring problems, opportunities, hypotheses and success metrics.
- Collaborate with UX/Product to define user journeys, navigation flows and digital experiences.
- Elicit and detail functional and non-functional requirements (performance, usability, security, availability).
- Translate needs into epics, features and user stories aligned with the product vision and roadmap.
- Define objective, testable acceptance criteria, considering positive, negative and edge-case scenarios.
- Actively participate in refinement, planning, reviews and product ceremonies, clarifying functional and business questions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Fluent Portuguese.
- Solid experience as a Business/Requirements Analyst in digital products or applications.
- Practical experience working in agile squads (Scrum and/or Kanban).
- Writing and detailing user stories, acceptance criteria and scenarios.
- Experience with product discovery, problem understanding and hypothesis validation.
- Basic UX knowledge: journeys, flows, wireframes and usability.
- Ability to analyze integrations, APIs and system flows.
- Experience using backlog and product tools (e.g., Jira or similar).
