About the role

Responsibilities
- Own and scale SuperDial’s cloud infrastructure and deployment systems on Google Cloud Platform
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support fast, reliable releases
- Improve system reliability, availability, and performance across environments
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure strong observability
- Partner with engineering to improve developer experience and deployment workflows
- Establish infrastructure-as-code and environment management best practices
- Support security, compliance, and access controls in a healthcare context
- Manage incident response and postmortems with a focus on learning and prevention
- Plan for scalability, cost efficiency, and long-term system health
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering
- Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform or similar)
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Cloud Monitoring, Datadog, or similar)
- Strong understanding of security best practices and access controls
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, low-process environments
- Strong ownership mindset and excellent communication skills
