Requirements
- Leading end-to-end projects in mobile, backend, or web frontend for 5+ years
- Delivering a software project successfully over a 9-12 month timeframe
- Practicing agile methodologies
- Applying best practices from a range of project management methodologies
- Keeping projects on track using tools like Jira, Slack, GitHub, and GitLab
- Communicating fluently in English (bonus if you speak German or other languages)
- Demonstrating outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Building and nurturing strong client relationships
- Taking full ownership of products from initial idea to polished, well-engineered digital experiences
