Responsibilities
Design and implement new US-wide risk management programs
Assess risk and control effectiveness across key operational risks
Manage Risk rollout of new risk solutions
Provide technical risk expertise and effective input, review and challenge over the operational risk program design and execution
Maintain strong working relationships with all business partners
Monitor business practices to identify and resolve gaps/opportunities
Support the SLF U.S. Risk Management team with deliverables
Requirements
College degree with 4+ years of financial service industry experience
1 or more years of risk management exposure
Positive attitude and willingness to support the team
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative pragmatic solutions
Successful experience interpreting policy or regulatory requirements
Ability to demonstrate knowledge of effective project management
Working knowledge and hands-on experience with MS Office products
